Conveniently pay contractors when running payroll.

If your company uses contractors, Webtimeclock Payroll can pay them too. The benefit is having one central place to pay your entire staff.

Here is how it works. Contractors onboard in a way that is similar to employees. Instead of asking to complete a W9, contractors complete a 1099 and declare if they are a business or individual.

Contractors are paid a flat amount in compensation for whatever you agree to. That agreement could be based on hours worked, or as flat fee. If by hours, Webtimeclock transfers their hours and hourly rate from their timesheets. If a flat amount, then no timesheet is required.

As an example, contractors that work regular hours can be included in your regular payroll. If the work is irregular, then use an off-cycle payroll to pay them. Our system will record all payments towards their 1099. It also allows you to pay them reimbursements separate from their 1099.
