Yes, We Offer Payroll Now

A customer with a small business was using an account on Webtimeclock 2 (our oldest system), and had done so for many years.

But unfortunately they emailed saying they wished to cancel.

Turns out they started using a franchised payroll provider using a third party time and attendance system, so they did not need their old account any longer.

So I asked if they knew we were a payroll provider now, and what the cost was with the new provider.

They replied they had no idea we offered payroll, and admitted they would be paying more. Thankfully they asked for more details.

This got me thinking...

Like this customer, there are probably many others that have no idea how we have changed over the years.

Even though our product is solid, easy to use, and comes with dedicated support. It doesn't matter if nobody knows about it.

We'll have to do better on that.
