Comments allow employees to explain what happen or ask questions right on their timesheet. In turn, each comment will display on the manager's dashboard as an alert. Managers can then make any necessary changes right away.
Managers can also enter comments on a timesheet. For example, if they make a change on a timesheet, it would be helpful to have a record of why.
As a permanent record, everyone will know the reason why a timesheet was changed or an employee was late. It's also helpful in case of an audit.
