Company and employee onboarding is completely online.
Here is how it works. When you first sign up, there are two things that need to happen. Onboarding your company, and onboarding each employee. All forms and signatures are handled online.
Onboarding your company is fairly easy. For example, you will be asked for your company EIN and any state ID numbers you have. Once you enter your info and bank, you will be asked to electronically sign documents including a Federal 8655 that grants permission for us to file in your behalf.
Onboarding each employees is easy. In fact employees could onboard themselves. They will be asked for their social security number, complete a W9 with signature, and enter their bank info for direct deposit.
When everyone is onboarded and historical records entered, you are ready to run your first payroll with us.
