With recent technology advances, it made a lot of sense to take this leap. Time tracking and payroll really go hand in hand. With version 4, we offer an all-in-one solution for any small-to-mid size business with hourly teams.
As always, our top priority was to keep Webtimeclock simple. Payroll was a real challenge, but we believe our system makes both time tracking and running payroll as easy as possible.
Webtimeclock 4 comes with two plans with all inclusive pricing... with Webtimeclock Payroll, or without payroll.
Webtimeclock payroll is optional. If you already have a payroll provider, no worries. For you, we've added several easy-to-use integrations such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks desktop, ADP Run, Paychex Flex, Gusto, SurePayroll, Heartland, and more on the way.
We've completely redesigned the app. Webtimeclock 4 can now be accessed from any mobile phone, tablet, or desktop computer. No apps to install, just use your browser. We've also included many new features you have asked for.
Integrated time clocks are not new for us, but with Webtimeclock 4, we highly recommend it. Our clock hardware is simple to use, will last for years, and there are no monthly fees. We now offer a biometric terminal that captures a photo of each employee as they clock in.
As with our past releases, moving to Webtimeclock 4 is completely optional. You are welcome to continue using your existing account. However all new accounts, must be on Webtimeclock 4.
Besides payroll, Webtimeclock 4 includes many new feature and security improvements. Examples include time off requests, employee scheduling, better reporting, and more. Please see Webtimeclock Pricing for details.
