Here is how it works. Instead of a calendar month view, we give you a table of all your employees with columns for each day of the current workweek. That schedule can easily be scrolled forward into the future, or back into the past.

To enter a shift for an employee, click the day of the week for the employee to open the editor. From their, you can either select a pre-defined shift, or enter a custom shift for the employee. The hours will instantly display on the schedule.

Schedules help with a couple things. First, they are available to the employee when then log in, and second they help define shift rules that help prevent overtime.

It helps with planning too. Each schedule shows your total scheduled labor hours for each day, and for each week.
